By clicking “I agree to the terms & conditions,” I (“Contributor”) hereby consent to the use, by Sony Music Entertainment (“Company”), the recording artist p/k/a “T-Pain” (“Artist”), and any persons or entities authorized by Company (collectively, “Company Parties”), of the video, audio, and/or audiovisual recordings submitted by Contributor (collectively, the “Works”), including, without limitation, any edited, revised, or modified versions thereof, as well as Contributor’s name, likeness, biographical information and/or voice, for the purposes of advertising, distributing, broadcasting or other exploitation of a video production featuring Artist (the “Video”) or other promotion of Artist, in perpetuity, in all media whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe.

Contributor hereby waives any and all claims that Contributor may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction to so-called “moral rights” with respect to the results and proceeds of Contributor’s contribution to the Works. For any copyrighted material that Contributor owns that is included in the Works, Contributor hereby grants to the Company a non-exclusive perpetual gratis license to use such material in connection with the Works and any derivative forms of the Works. Contributor hereby warrants and represents that the Works are wholly original and do not infringe the rights of any third party (including without limitation, any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights), and that the permissions of no other parties are required for Company to use the Works as set forth herein.

Contributor hereby waives any right that Contributor may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product and/or the treatment that may be used in connection with the production thereof or the use to which it may be applied. Contributor hereby releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless the Company Parties, their respective legal representatives, assignees, and licensees, and all persons acting under their permission or authority or those for whom they are acting, from any liability, loss, demands or claims, whether now known or unknown, based upon or related to: (i) defamation or other violations of rights to privacy, publicity or any similar matter; and (ii) the use of my appearance and/or performance in the Video (including without limitation, any alterations thereof). Contributor understands that the Video that may reach an audience of various ages, and that the Video could be edited in such a way that Contributor appear in contexts or places, or with people or things, other than those presently contemplated, and that the Works may be edited to change the intent, content or context of what was originally recorded.

Contributor hereby warrants that they and any other person appearing in the Works are over the age of 18, have the right to contract in their own name in the above regard, have read the foregoing authorization and release prior to its execution, and are fully familiar with the content herein. This agreement is to be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any action to enforce the provisions hereof shall be brought in a court in the County of New York, and Contributor hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
